What does it cost to use Liberty Accounts?
If you are a not-for-profit organisation with expenditure of less than £100,000 p.a. we offer a special concessionary rate of £10 (exc. VAT) per month per organisation.
Subscriptions are taken as recurring monthly charges through Worldpay and require a credit or debit card. There is no minimum term and you may cancel your subscription at any time.
We will accept payment by standing order by special arrangement. Send a request by email to Customer Service.
Your subscription allows for the following;
- Up to 5 users
- Up to 2 active payroll employees
- 300 accounting transactions a month
Additional monthly charges (exc. VAT) are;
- £2.50 for each additional user (over 5)
- £1.00 for each active payroll employee (over 2)
- £1.00 per additional 100 transactions, or part thereof
Your monthly fee covers product maintenance so there are no
nasty upgrade surprises and all users are always using the current version.
