What does it cost to use Liberty Accounts?
You may use Liberty Accounts through one of our partner accountants or by taking out a direct subscription and using the package with an accountant of your choice. Liberty Accounts do not provide accountancy services.
We charge £20 (excl VAT) per month to direct subscribers. Subscriptions are taken as recurring monthly charges through Worldpay and require a credit or debit card. There is no minimum term and you may cancel your subscription at any time.
If you use Liberty Accounts with one of our partners as part of professional accounting services package you will need to discuss charges with the accountant.

As a direct user paying the standard £20 per month subscription you can have;
- Up to 5 users
- Up to 2 active payroll employees
- 300 accounting transactions a month
Additional monthly charges (excl VAT) are;
- £2.50 for each additional user (over 5)
- £1.00 for each active payroll employee (over 2)
- £1.00 per additional 100 transactions, or part thereof
- £10.00 to enable stock management for first 500 stock items
- £1.00 per additional 100 stock items, or part thereof
Because we use a subscription charging model we do not need to force users into an endless upgrade cycle just to maintain our income. Enhancements and product maintenance continues and all users are always using the current version.
